SugarPea Designs – September Sweet Peek Week Day 1

Hi crafters. Welcome to day 1 of the Sweet Peek Week blog hop for SugarPea Designs‘ September release. Each day this week the design team will showcase new products from this fantastic release, which will be available Friday, September 13th at 6PM EDT. Follow along the blog hop for a chance to win.

For this card I used the cute Gnome for Christmas stamp set, Buffalo Check stamp, and Snow Globe SugarCut. I first traced the inside of the Snow Globe die on the cardstock and then stamped inside the boundaries with the Gnome for Christmas. I used Copic to color the scene.

Trees: BG19, BG15, BG13, BG11. Santa Gnome: R29, R27, R24, R22. Beard, Tree Trunks, and Shoes: W7, W5, W3, W1, W00. Skin: E13, E11.
Snow Globe: C3, C1, C0. Globe Base: E79, E77, E74, E71

Using Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock and Sno Cone ink from MFT, I stamped using the Buffalo Check set. I then die cut the background with the largest rectangle from the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangles SugarCut set (previous SPD release).

I then used the Snow Globe SugarCut and die cut using 80lb white cardstock and colored with copic.

Lastly I embellished with a white gel pen and attached all parts onto a white card base.
