To begin, I chose a few ink colors to use with the stencil as well as coordinating Polychromos colored pencils. I taped the Daisy Bouquet stencil to a 4.25 x 5.5 panel of Neenah Solar White 80# cardstock and taped off everything but the daisy petals. I inked the petals in Melon Orange and Cherry Kisses ink from The Stamp Market. Next, I removed the tape and taped off everything but the leaves. The leaves were inked with The Stamp Market Mossy and Leafy Inks. The center of flowers were stamped with SSS Sunshine and SSS Lemon Zing inks. After the stenciling was done, I lightly applied SSS Lemon Chiffon over the whole card panel.
Next, I added detail to the flowers and leaves using various colors of Polychromos pencils. (174, 121, 142, 111).
With the panel complete, I used a sheet of The Stamp Market Leafy cardstock and SSS Stitched Banners dies to cut a banner for the sentiment. For the sentiment I used a stamp from the SSS Greetings Mix 1 stamp set and heat embossed it onto the cut banner.
I affixed the banner using foam squares and embellished the panel with clear drops before attaching it to a white card base.
