Hi, friends. Today, I’m sharing a fun card featuring the Spooky Dies set from Simon Says Stamp + CZ Design. These products are from the wonderful STAMPtember release and I did a little doctoring to the die cut to create some spooky eyes.
On a panel of Hero Arts Pitch Black cardstock, I used the Trick Or Treat stamp from the Halloween People stamp set to clear heat emboss it across the panel. I offset each row (just eyeballing, no measuring). After, I set the panel to the side and then cut out the Spooky Dies using white, Hero Arts Pitch Black, and Gina K Key Lime cardstocks and adhered the black “Spooky” onto the white shadow die.
The fallouts from the “OOs” I cut to make eyelids and using the smallest circle from the Hero Arts Nesting Circle die set to cut eyes. Using, the fallouts from the Key Lime “Spooky” I adhered these black pieces to make them look like eyes and glued them inside the full “Spooky” die.
I adhered the sentiment to the card base and on a scrap of Gina K Key Lime I stamped using sentiments from the Halloween People stamp set and also stamped the ghost using Gina K Key Lime ink onto white cardstock. I used the coordinating dies to cut out the ghost and adhered the ghost and sub sentiments onto the card.
To finish up, I embellished using Pretty Pink Posh Glossy Black jewels.
That’s it for today’s card. Thanks for stopping by.
