Good morning, crafters. Have you checked out the latest Winslow & Rusty collection from Julian Charlton yet? There are adorable fall-themed illustrations available in the Purple Onion Designs shop. Today, I’m sharing a card made using the Campfire Friends stamp.
To begin, I stamped onto a panel of 80# white cardstock and colored with Copic Markers:
- Fox – E99, E97, E95
- Bear – E49, E47, E44, E23, E21, E30
- Stones – T6, T3, T1, 0
- Mushroom – E71, E70
- Pumpkin and Flame – E09, YR18, YR16, Y35
- Scarf – R39, R37, R35
- Shading – W5, W3, W1, W0
After coloring, I stamped the image again onto masking paper and cut out masks. The stamp images are not all connected, so one stamp resulted in several masks. Next, I applied the masks and ink blended behind the friends using Concord & 9th inks in Midnight, Marmalade, and Buttercup, and Distress ink in Ground Espresso.
After inking, I removed the masks and used a white gel pen to create a starry sky. To finish, I stamped a sentiment onto the panel using Gina K Amalgam ink in Chocolate Truffle, and then adhered the panel to a white card base.
That’s all for today. Be sure to check out all of the sweet stamps from the Winslow & Rusty collection from Julian Charlton.
